Peach Festivals and Events to Visit This Summer
57th Annual Palisade Peach Festival
Address: Riverbend Park, 451 Pendleton St, Palisade, CO
When: August 14–17, 2025
It is the crown jewel of Colorado peach events. The days long event hosts chef demos, live music, inflatables for kids to play, petting zoos, peach eating contests, orchard tours and more. The highlight, however, are the Feast in the Field dinners where ticket holders enjoy chef crafted dinners (peach inspired, of course, while listening to live music). Each course is paired with wines from local wineries.
Each day the itinerary is different, but the focus remains on family-friendly events where the peach is the star of the show!
Need to Know: Parking is very limited, but round-trip shuttles are available from several locations. This is a very popular event, so plan ahead of time and decide which events are the priority. Book early for Feast in the Field dinners. They are wonderfully worth it, which is what makes them sought after.
Palisade Peach Days (Parade & Community Week)
Address: Downtown Palisade, CO
When: Typical early–mid August (August 6-10, 2025)
This is the kick-off event for the peach harvest and lead up to the Annual Palisade Peach Festival. Wholesome events like ice cream socials, dances, 5k races, a parade and tug of war events are spread out throughout the week.
Lafayette Peach Festival in Old Town
Address: Old Town Lafayette, CO on Public Road
When: Saturday, August 16, 2025, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
A free lively street festival (celebrating the beloved Palisade peach) with arts, antiques, peach pies, peach cobbler, free kids’ crafts, balloon artists, and face painting. Patrons can indulge and pick from more than 30,000 pounds of peaches from Palisade Organic Peach Ranch, Morton’s Orchards and Tate Orchards.
Fort Collins Peach Festival
Address: Civic Center Park, Fort Collins, CO
When: August 16, 2025, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Street vendors line the picturesque streets, offering peach pies, ice cream, drinks and local crafts. Parents can look forward to a hometown vibe with live music, beer samplings and food trucks while their kids play the day away.
Need to Know: It is a $10 entrance fee, but kids under 12 get in free!

Colorado Peach Lovers Event at Uncorked Kitchen and Wine Bar

When: August 28, 2025, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Enjoy the goodness of peak Colorado peaches without having to do any of the work! With tickets to the event, you’ll enjoy both sweet and savory dishes, and find tasty ways to incorporate the fruit into everyday meals. Dishes are paired with a peach flavored cocktail, and also include dessert!
