OwnerSarah is owner of Denver Mom Collective and is passionate about encouraging and connecting moms - we weren't meant to do this alone! She graduated from Kansas State (Go Cats!) in journalism, worked for newspapers and for several marketing departments, and eventually got her master's in urban administration. Sarah and her husband Shea have four kids - Henry (11), Clark (8), Lucy (7) and Caroline (the dessert baby). She enjoys reading historical fiction, beating her kids at board games and traveling as much as possible.
Sales DirectorLaura is wife to Marty, and mom to three kids, Michael, Joseph and Anna. She spends most of her days juggling working from home, shuffling kids to activities and can usually be found cheering on the boys from the baseball stands. She loves big Italian family dinners, trying out new restaurants and can never say no to an impromptu dance party with her kids. She has over 20 years of experience in advertising sales and loves working with businesses on marketing programs to help them connect to our community.

Originally from Illinois, I graduated from the University of Missouri (Mizzou) in 2017 and moved to Colorado in 2021 with my husband, Zach, and with the intent on moving home when we wanted to have kids. 3 years later we have one proud Colorado native babe, Genevieve “Gigi” (1), and no plans on leaving this great state! Before becoming a stay-at-home mama, I worked in social media for an addiction treatment center and have a passion for mental health. Gigi and I spend lots of our time hitting the town together, exploring story times and splash pads all over Denver. I am a huge Taylor Swift fan and you can always catch me and Gigi jamming out to our girl Taylor in the car. During my time at home, I discovered Denver Mom Collective, which helped me get out of the house and connect with other moms during a time I felt alone.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth. I grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and have been living in Colorado for almost 9 years. I met my husband in Denver and his cousin is my best friend from college. (Go KSU!) I am mom to two wonderful daughters who keep me on my toes. I work from home, and I do my best to juggle kid activities, two kitties and our dog and everything in between. I love the outdoors and being close to the mountains. Our family is slowly checking visiting National Parks off our list and hoping to instill a love and respect for nature in our children. I enjoy reading, indulging in Italian food, spending time with friends and family and trying to improve my disc golf skills. I’m looking forward to connecting with more Colorado mamas!

My husband and best friend, Ali and I have been married for almost 20 years and we are the proud parents of Izak (13) and Nadia (9).Despite enduring 5 years of infertility to make these two miracles, I still had to remind myself often when they were young how much I’d cried and begged God to bring them to me. Parenting is the most important, rewarding and frustrating role I’ve ever had. I teach fitness classes from home and enjoy mountain biking, hiking, tennis and skiing. I am the creator of Arete Warriors, an exercise-based program for kids to learn self-awareness, discipline and the power of our thoughts.
Contributing WriterHi! My name is Katie Dea. I own Katie Dea Health and Wellness where I coach and educate women how to live their healthiest, most vibrant life. Before starting my own business, I taught 3rd grade for 16 years. Education is a passion of mine and I have really enjoyed the transition from teaching kids how to read to teaching women how to eat well, move more, and manage their stress. I have two amazing kids, ages 11 and 9. They are really active in sports so my social life consists of driving them to and from practice but I would not have it any other way. I have been married to my husband for the past 16 years. We have two dogs, Olive and Opal, who are the bosses of the family. I am an avid runner and reader. I also love a good power walk through the neighborhood and building puzzles. I am really going to thrive as a retired person someday!
I’m Laura Millard and I’ve been living in Denver for almost 15 years. I’m a transplant hailing from Manhattan, Kansas and new to the parenting world at the age of 39. After a long and beautiful journey with IVF and my mental health, I have a healthy and stunningly smart 1-year-old daughter. I have a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Technology from Northeastern University and Bachelors degrees from the University of Kansas. My sports allegiance still lies in Kansas…I’ll forever be a Kansas Jayhawk, and Kansas City Chiefs fan. I currently work in Technology Services for the City of Denver. I’m an avid reader and consider that to be my main hobby. I also do some novice quilting and take any and every opportunity I can find to escape to the mountains.
Contributing WriterMegan has lived many places, but currently lives in Parker, CO. Megan and her husband, Cannon, met at Baylor University (sic ‘em Bears!) and have been married for 17 years. They were given the opportunity to transfer to the Denver area two years ago and couldn’t resist! They love nature, especially mountains, and the gorgeous Colorado weather that allows them so many chances to get out hiking or just playing with their 3 kids. They have a 12-year-old about-to-be-junior-high daughter, a gymnastics-loving 9-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son who keeps everyone on their toes! Nothing compares to his zest for life! Megan decided to be a stay-at-home mom when her first daughter was born, so she knows that making it this far on her journey is only thanks to a village, whether in person or long-distance, and has a passion for connecting with other moms and encouraging them on their motherhood journeys as well.
I’m Nicole, a Colorado native with a passion for family, community, and embracing the wild ride of motherhood. I am a former educator, having taught middle school science for twelve years. I lived in Chicago for ten years with my husband, Alex, where we renovated our condo next to Wrigley, raised the most spoiled pup ever, and had our first child. The mountains called us back to Colorado after we discovered we were expecting twins, and needed all the help we could get! Now we are settled in Parker with our trio of adorable chaos-makers – Rhys (4), Ella, and Miles (2) – and, of course, our fluffy sidekick, Louie. I am currently juggling part-time work and the full-time adventure of being a stay-at-home mom. I'm all about finding the joy in discovering our beautiful state with my little explorers, and I can be found at any number of kid-friendly spots throughout the city.
