Social Media Assistant Job Description

The Denver Mom Collective Social Media Assistant will assistant the owner in developing local, mom-focused content for Instagram. They will work directly the DMC executive and contributor teams to plan and publish social media content including both organic and paid campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has social media management or extensive use experience.
  • Works with ease in using all Instagram tools, including stories, reels, and related content creation apps.
  • Committed to accuracy and adherence to DMC style
  • Can work independently and run with a task after assigned.
  • Communicate professionally and provide weekly status updates to executive team.
  • Available to work 10-15 hours/month
  • Presents a responsible and professional presence on personal social media channels and engages with others in a respectful way.
  • Comfortable using the Canva program

This is a paid, contractor position. Salary will be discussed directly during the interview process. Opportunity for advancement as DMC grows!
